Our marine class approved slip rings are specially developed for marine, port and offshore working conditions. As the core rotary conductive component, they realize stable transmission of power, control signals and optical signals between stationary and rotating parts. - Marine Grade Certification
Fully compliant with international marine standards and ship class requirements. The whole assembly passes strict marine environment tests, supporting vessel registration and project acceptance.
- Excellent Environmental Resistance
The housing adopts 304/316 stainless steel with anti-corrosion treatment, effectively resisting salt spray, seawater erosion, high humidity and extreme temperature (-40℃ ~ +85℃). Ingress protection grade reaches IP55/IP68, preventing water, dust and vapor from entering the interior.
- Stable Conductive Performance
Adopts high-performance graphite alloy brushes and precious metal contact materials. Low contact resistance, low electrical noise, no signal distortion. It supports mixed transmission of high-current power lines and multi-channel weak signal lines, and is compatible with Ethernet, CAN bus and other industrial signals.
- Built-in Temperature Control & Heating System
Equipped with independent heating unit and thermostat inside the housing. It avoids condensation and icing in low-temperature sea areas, ensuring normal startup and stable operation in cold offshore environments.
- Modular & Maintainable Design
Modular structural design allows individual replacement of carbon brushes, ring channels and other wearing parts. No need to disassemble the whole unit, greatly reducing daily maintenance costs and downtime.
